Clinical Research Operations Manager Responsibilities:
Oversee ‘end-to-end’ implementation of the clinical research operations infrastructure, in support of the clinical research roadmap in partnership with research scientists, engineering, product and cross-functional teams
Manage scaled clinical research operations, including oversight of research operations with internal and external partners (e.g. academic or contract research organizations)
Lead the clinical operations team (e.g. clinical coordinators/associates) to oversee day-to-day execution of study roadmap, including documentation, recruiting, data management, and reporting
Minimum Qualifications:
10+ years of experience with clinical research, including development and execution of research operations strategy and cross-functional support
Relevant management experience, with a proven track record of leading/developing successful clinical operations research teams
Experience in digital health, consumer health, and/or health technology research, working with product managers, engineers, research scientists, and analysts
Experience in executing product development roadmaps in relation to digital or consumer health products
Experience with interdisciplinary collaborations, promoting effective interdisciplinary collaboration
Knowledge and skills in navigating the sensitive issues around human subjects and clinical research
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in clinical research operations in commercial/industry settings and in digital/consumer health
Experience in managing remote clinical studies in collaboration with contract or academic research organizations
Experience in evaluating novel health tech tools, developing and executing on new initiatives, carrying them through development, and launching into the real world
