Deliver new process flows that help Meta’s global communications team operate more efficiently.
Project manage the Communications Team’s program and tool improvements while reporting to and gaining approval from multiple stakeholders.
Maintain information systems for the Global Communications Team such as process flow documents, org charts, and work planning calendars.
Serve as the point of contact for the process that enforces our employee speaking policy across the global organization.
Own the allocation of ad credits on behalf of the Communications Team, and ensure strict compliance to Meta’s policies and regulations.
Lead the workflow that ensures the accurate triage of inbound media requests to the appropriate Communications team member.
Communicate broad operational changes to the Comms org and cross-functional partners including Policy, Legal, Finance, Purchasing and Enterprise Engineering teams.
Align future processes, and resource-planning as our team’s goals evolve.
Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years professional experience working in operations and communications.
Experience managing operational programs and change management within new processes and workflows.
Experience with managing multiple projects simultaneously and to work autonomously.
Experience managing agencies and vendors, with quality control, budget and contract negotiations.
Experience in project management.
Experience working in a globally-distributed team.
Must be fluent in GSuite, Excel, and O365.
