Contingent Workforce Generalist Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding support to employee and internal stakeholder inquiries about Contingent Workforce processes, policies and issues.
Triage cases in Service Cloud ticketing system to the appropriate Contingent Workforce Business Partner.
This individual needs to support 9am-5pm Pacific time zone to support the team’s customer service queue.
Create and maintain process documentation to ensure operational excellence and consistency in service delivery on a large team.
Facilitate resolution of inquiries about accommodations, immigration and investigations for Contingent Workers.
Partner with Contingent Workforce Business Partners to meet team goals, drive projects to completion and solve complex problems.
Provide training and mentoring support on expertise areas.
Identify issues proactively based on discussions and trends.
Drive program level project initiatives.
Conduct in-person training sessions to larger Contingent Workforce Team on use of Service Cloud, Workday, and other systems.
Manage day to day operational work including but not limited to managing our team Service Cloud case queue, communications, documentation, scheduling and running meetings.
Small client group ownership as needed/available.
Minimum Qualifications:
4+ years Contingent Workforce or Human Resources experience.
Proven customer service skills, communication skills and experience handling sensitive matters with tact and diplomacy.
Analytical and problem-solving experience.
Experience exercising independent judgment and discretion while utilizing company policies and practices to determine appropriate action.
Experience interacting with all levels of a professional organization.
Experience being a self-starter and fast learner requiring minimal direction.
Proven attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience being collaborative and excels in a team environment.
Proven computer skills including proficiency with MS Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
Project management skills
System administration experience
CW program related experience
