Creative Operations Manager, Creative X Responsibilities:
Lead the strategic development and implementation of new and/or existing processes and workflows in support of creative services
Identify, create, maintain and distribute documentation and training materials that support the development of creative growth and/or creative process
Develop new team structures, ways of working and innovative approaches to challenging creative assignments
Own, drive, and facilitate relationships with key creative and cross-functional partners and external vendors and contractors
Drive long-lead planning with the Creative Leadership, Creative Resource Manager and Program Management Leads to build teams, frameworks and systems that best support key initiatives, campaigns and projects
Use data to build business proposals on how to evolve and optimize approaches to better form community across our creative discipline and craft. This includes our creative process, team composition and attrition, learning and development, and building programs that spark creativity and raise the bar for creativity internally and externally
Partner with Creative Resource Manager to tracks and report on resource capacity planning, prioritize projects and determine proper resourcing solutions
Minimum Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in Creative Agency or Marketing organizations
Experience in Project Management tools (for example, Monday)
Understanding of end-to-end creative & marketing process
Experience communicating within various types of teams, flexing between creative and technical vernacular with ease
Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, environment
Experience empowering creative talent while also strategically optimizing and scaling
Organization and people skills, with experience setting priorities, problem-solving, multi-tasking and working in a rapidly changing environment
Self-driven, organized, detail-oriented, and experience multitasking
Must obtain work authorization in country of employment at the time of hire and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment
