Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with a cross-functional creative team to develop scalable visual design systems that meet product and business goals
Generate proof-of-concepts quickly based on stakeholder direction and self-driven research
Present and articulate concepts in a clear and focused way that drives productive discussion, inspires teammates and compels work forward
Create sketches, visual references, storyboards, prototypes, and/or and design specs necessary to guide development of product experiences
Deliver compelling visual concepts in various styles/mediums: illustration, photography, video, animation or other media (as appropriate)
Responsible for maintaining up to date global component library across cross functional teams
Work seamlessly across organizational structures, partnering with Marketing, Product and Business leadership to develop holistic brand systems that create impact at scale
Proactively pursue opportunities to improve the overall digital experience to better address consumer needs
Minimum Qualifications:
6+ years of experience at an agency or in-house creating for global brands
Product storytelling and creative strategy experience
Experience creating digital platforms and products from brief to delivery and beyond
Experience on large scale projects that look holistically across the consumer journey (digital, physical, experiential)
Experience with design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.
Experience working in cross-functional teams
Experience working in a research driven environment

Preferred Qualifications:
6+ years of experience at an agency or in-house creating for global brands
Product storytelling and creative strategy experience
Experience creating digital platforms and products from brief to delivery and beyond
