Our products today cover VR (Quest, Horizon), AR (Ray-Ban Stories, Spark) and Home & Work (Portal, Workplace) and we continue to develop other innovations across hardware, software and social presence as we work on the foundational elements of our metaverse vision. The Brand Design team at Reality Labs solves brand problems for our products using design as a strategic tool and drives the design evolution of our brands. The main focus areas for the team are 1) bringing Brand Strategies to life, 2) building scalable design systems, platforms and programs and 3) designing consistent, meaningful, and innovative brand experiences for marketing, digital, in-product, spatial, events, and retail & packaging. We are currently seeking a Designer for our team to create groundbreaking, culture-defining work across our digital channels for Meta. In this role, you will work with creative directors, designers, copywriters, producers, researchers, product marketers and agency partners to further develop our digital experience, lead execution across web & ecommerce , and to ensure a consistent and high-quality visual language with other touch points in digital space as well. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital, and be a highly strategic thinker with a proven track record for leading efforts to execute across our channels.

Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with a cross-functional creative team to develop scalable visual design systems that meet product and business goals

Generate proof-of-concepts quickly based on stakeholder direction and self-driven research

Present and articulate concepts in a clear and focused way that drives productive discussion, inspires teammates and compels work forward

Create sketches, visual references, storyboards, prototypes, and/or and design specs necessary to guide development of product experiences

Deliver compelling visual concepts in various styles/mediums: illustration, photography, video, animation or other media (as appropriate)

Responsible for maintaining up to date global component library across cross functional teams

Work seamlessly across organizational structures, partnering with Marketing, Product and Business leadership to develop holistic brand systems that create impact at scale

Proactively pursue opportunities to improve the overall digital experience to better address consumer needs

Minimum Qualifications:
6+ years of experience at an agency or in-house creating for global brands

Product storytelling and creative strategy experience

Experience creating digital platforms and products from brief to delivery and beyond

Experience on large scale projects that look holistically across the consumer journey (digital, physical, experiential)

Experience with design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.

Experience working in cross-functional teams

Experience working in a research driven environment

Preferred Qualifications:
6+ years of experience at an agency or in-house creating for global brands

Product storytelling and creative strategy experience

Experience creating digital platforms and products from brief to delivery and beyond

Experience on large scale projects that look holistically across the consumer journey (digital, physical, experiential)

Experience with design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.

Experience working in cross-functional teams

Experience working in a research driven environment
