Meta Looking For Finance Analyst, Sales (Reality Labs) at Burlingame, CA Full Time

The Finance team oversees our investments in headcount, operating expenses and capital investment. We focus on using our unique view into the numbers to see trends and opportunities that are developing within the company as well as across the industry. Successful candidates for this team have a bias towards action, exceptional partnership and communication skills, and know-how to balance getting the details right while still moving fast.You will join the team that manages the finances for Reality Labs, Meta’s consumer hardware group, which includes Oculus and Portal and plans to release multiple products over the next few years. Specifically, you will be responsible for partnering with sub-teams within RL Sales for managing their OpEx, Contingent worker budgets, and developing clear and concise monthly reporting for sales leadership and for helping business partners drive towards data driven decision making for allocating sales OpEx spend. Finance Analyst, Sales (Reality Labs) Responsibilities:
Own and manage the underlying infrastructure for tracking and ongoing management of sales OpEx spend

Create strong business partnerships with teams within Reality Lab Sales

Provide support across planning, budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning

Build thoughtful financial analysis to drive better investment decisions, such as return on spend at the program or initiative level

Conduct monthly deep dives with budget owners to ensure business partners are tracking to plan and understand variance drivers

Help business partners gain key insights into spend through analyses and reporting

Help manage OpEx and contingent worker pools, define and implement scalable financial processes related to month-end and quarter-end close including accruals and reporting

Drive process improvements by partnering with up-stream process owners

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent

Experience developing analytical frameworks and communicating financial concepts

Experience dealing in an ambiguous environment

Experience partnering with functional leaders

Experience with building financial models and dashboards in Excel

Experience with PowerPoint, Google Docs, Oracle and Hyperion

Preferred Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis

Excels in navigating through ambiguity and unstructured problems

Experience with supporting a consumer marketing or product growth organization is preferred
