Firmware Design Verification Engineer Responsibilities:
Define firmware verification methodologies for display modules by working with researchers, architects, and the design teams
Define and track detailed test plans for the different modules and top-level systems
Define and drive implementation of scalable test infrastructure and in-house software test tools
Keep track of coverage metrics and bugs encountered and fixed
Own execution, interpretation, and reporting of firmware system and module level verification work status and results
Support system bring up and debug activities
Clearly communicate test plans and results
Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in FW Verification or Design with M.S Computer Engineering/Computer Science/Electrical Engineering (or 5+ years of experience with B.S.)
Experience coding in Python, C, & C++
Experience with RTOS, ASIC/ARM programming
Self-motivated with an experience being a team player
Experience with definition and execution of verification requirements
Experience owning significant areas of product verification
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with definition, architecture, design, and driving implementation of test automation
Experience with software programming for graphics or Image processing pipelines
Background in optics and/or display technologies
Electrical or Optical verification experience
Experience with high speed data signaling (MIPI, I3C, PCIe)
