Oversee security team inventories to include field gear, travel kits, and vehicles. Manage operational budgets. Assist with setting up the day-to-day operations.Plan, organize, and execute travel as it relates to the security program.Collect, analyze, and disseminate information in a timely manner.Coordinate regularly with cross-functional team members, internal team units, and various service providers.National and international travel may be required, in addition to some night and weekend assignments.
7+ years of experience in Executive Protection, protection of individuals, or similar assignment.Experience in protection strategies, tactics, and technology.Presentation experience.Experience in organizing international trips for individuals.Experience in solving logistical problems, or leading a team of agents.Experience analyzing information, determine contexts, take appropriate action, and choose the course of action.Experience communicating, presenting and fielding questions from Executives and their staff.Interpersonal experience and customer service mentality.Communication experience to include: listening, precision questioning.Project management experience to include: organization, communications, documentation, and cross group collaboration.Problem solving experience.
Foreign language, overseas work experience, travel, and professional network development.Experience analyzing intelligence and threat reports to determine the risk level to a location, event or a person to scope resources appropriately.Excellent attention-to-detail, communication, organizational and customer service skills.
