Learning Communications Program Manager Responsibilities:
Partner closely with Meta’s Legal Learning and cross-Meta teams to develop internal communications to launch and build awareness around trainings and other learning experiences
Drive training completions using tactical communications to help the Legal Learning teams achieve 100% training completion rates by the set due date
Write and develop messaging around various topics, related to the training or learning experiences being deployed
Create persona-led messaging, targeted to the audience
Partner with designated design agencies to develop supporting communications assets, including graphics, animations, videos and PDFs
Create and maintain supporting learner materials, including PDFs, FAQs, web pages and explainer videos
Partner closely with cross-Meta SMEs to ensure information is factual and to seek SME approval where relevant
Partner closely with cross-Legal teams to ensure consistency of messaging across the Legal Org
Review the end-to-end learner journey to ensure that each learner communication is clear, informative and action-focused
Liaise closely with Meta’s Learning Business Partners to ensure a cohesive learning experience
Partner closely with Meta’s project managers to ensure key Legal learning initiatives land on time and achieve their KPIs
Provide proofreading and editing support on Legal training and learning experiences as necessary
Support all other ad hoc learning communications requests as required
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related discipline
3+ years experience working in corporate communications, or mission-driven communications
Experience communicating to a global audience, using multiple types of channels and mediums
Experience working on a team and communicating to all levels of the organization
Experience writing and turning complex information into relevant, engaging, timely and valuable content
Experience with managing multiple projects simultaneously and to work autonomously
Experience in solving problems using judgment and analysis, providing practical, timely and proactive communications guidance and support
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the technology industry
Experience with corporate communications
Experience with learning communications
Experience sourcing stories and creative ideas
