Meta Looking For Learning Technology Implementation Partner at Remote Full Time

We develop technology-driven solutions to enable scaled learning. We coordinate and align learning teams to develop strategies for a consistent learner experience. We help set a future of learning vision and work across our organization to make that vision a reality.The future of work at Meta will be more flexible and distributed, as people work across offices and remote roles. Our Learning Teams are actively rethinking how learning experiences are enabled and delivered in this new work environment, and how we can leverage technology tools and platforms to create equitable learning experiences across our globally dispersed workforce. This role will be key to the success of implementing and enhancing learning technologies across Meta’s learning ecosystem.

Learning Technology Implementation Partner Responsibilities:
Possess knowledge of learning technology market, best practices, and solutions in order to support a global learning tech ecosystem

Build strong stakeholder relationships and maintain effective communications with relevant project stakeholders

Execute on learning technology strategies through project oversight of platform and tool implementations and integrations in the Meta learning technology ecosystem which includes a learning management system (LMS), learning record store (LRS), learning content management system (LCMS), learning experience platform (LXP), and third party content providers and internal systems and tools

Document standard operating procedures and process flows for ecosystem governance, including the creation and maintenance of business processes

Communicate with L&D program owners, internal Engineering, and vendors

Create business and product requirement documentation

Utilize human centered design principles to gather and build critical stakeholder requirements

Develop, maintain and leverage relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and effectively share knowledge, technology and resources

Maintain Meta’s learning ecosystem roadmap through collaboration with learning and product teams

Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in learning technology with a focus on implementation of LMS, LXP, and LRS platforms such as Cornerstone OnDemand LMS, Learning Locker, Watershed, Degreed, Fuse or EdCast

Attention to detail and organization, leadership, project prioritization, analytical, and quantitative skills

Project management skills

Communication skills

Experience prioritizing and executing tasks in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience implementing a modern/advanced learning platform for a large-scale global company

Experience working with decentralized learning teams

PMP certification

Prosci certification

BA or related degree
