Marketing Analyst Responsibilities:
Design, analysis, and interpretation of projects from data requirement gathering to data processing, modeling, and recommendations
Audience identification, and opportunity sizing for all channel marketing campaigns
Build and maintain data pipelines and channel marketing triggers (logic which identifies when we send a particular email to a particular customer)
Debug, triage, and identify the right team to resolve the issues
Campaign performance readouts (such as marketing metric performance, and success of the campaign)
Identify opportunities for improvement through automation, streamlining processes and reducing campaign issues leveraging technology
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience building cross functional relationships across a variety of functions to launch projects that drive business value
Highly motivated, result-oriented self-starter with ambiguity, experience initiating and driving projects
Data driven with degree in quantitative discipline like Math, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, Operations Research or equivalent
Communication and collaboration skills to engage with multiple technical and non-technical stakeholders and different teams to deliver solutions efficiently
Experience leveraging data to deliver business value and present data-driven insights to business audiences
3+ years of experience in an analytics role, business strategy, marketing, finance, engineering, or equivalent
Experience developing data pipelines and analyzing large, multi-dimensional data sets and synthesizing insights into actionable solutions using Advanced SQL skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Small Business landscape and/or online marketing and advertising
Experience working with or in support of diverse communities
Experience with data analysis and statistical modeling using the R or Python ecosystems, with packages such as pandas, statsmodels, scikit-learn, tidyverse (dplyr, ggplot2, etc.)
Experience shipping code into production and writing testable code
