Marketing Science Partner Manager, Health Responsibilities:
Manage a team that owns a complex set of client relationships across industry and client groups, functions, brands and agencies to drive our measurement adoption objectives
Influencing through a team to measure true business value by creating measurement strategies that highlight how a client can improve business outcomes by employing better measurement techniques
Play a strategic role in developing the cross-platform and cross-media measurement approaches for clients, as well as the Health advertising industry as a whole
Mentor a team to conduct in-depth standard and custom ad effectiveness studies for Meta advertisers to understand the relative impact of different marketing strategies across digital platforms and across media
Communicate complex research results to executive level clients when needed
Play a major, strategic role in collaborating with Sales, Product, R&D, and Partnerships to identify opportunities for new features, products, and partnerships to drive vertical and client engagement around measurement innovation, including product alphas and betas
Mentor, develop, and manage a team of Marketing Science Partners to execute against measurement goals
Minimum Qualifications:
8+ years of relevant working experience, consulting, measurement technology, research or analytics experience and experience-based aptitude to use data and numbers to formulate insights
Degree in Business Management, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Social Science with major in quantitative methods and/or related fields
Hands on experience working with data science tools such as R/SPSS/SAS, SQL, Hive, Hadoop, and/or Python etc.
Experience in a direct client or customer-facing role persuading clients and driving action based on data
Understanding of Brand and Direct Response measurement solutions such as Brand Lift, Sales Lift, Geo-Lift, Multi-Touch Attribution, Media Mix Models, etc.
Track record of inspiring action based on data-driven insights
Familiarity with quantitative research methods and considerations
Track record of operating independently, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in an organized manner
Experience developing framing strategies and communicating to broad audiences while keeping the big picture in mind
Experienced manager with track record of building teams and developing talent
Experience communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred Qualifications:
12+ years of relevant working experience, consulting, measurement technology, research or analytics experience and experience-based aptitude to use data and numbers to formulate insights
3+ years of experience managing and developing a high performing team
Advanced Degree (PhD, Masters etc.) in Business Management, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Social Science with major in quantitative methods and subjects
Background in Healthcare/Pharma or related industries. Understanding of digital media landscape and strategies of prominent players in the industry
Direct hands-on experience working with Rx data and measurement products from iQVIA, Veeva Solutions/Crossix, Symphony Health, etc.
