Monitoring Analyst, Broadcast Operations Responsibilities:
Monitor top-tier live broadcasts to support premier partners and troubleshoot/escalate issues as they arise
Work with technical analyst and engineering teams to communicate issues
Review, triage and investigate problems (root cause analysis)
Interface with scaled workforce to ensure events are monitored with efficiency and accuracy
Establish and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships with key stakeholders, including Engineering, Ops, and Partnerships
Manage key projects independently from initiation through completion
Set expectations with all stakeholders and drive communication throughout the process, outlining key deadlines and interdependencies, clarifying business requirements and managing team and cross-functional expectations
Proactively identify risks in project execution and mitigate risks effectively
Define the scope, timelines and resources needed to meet the project objectives
Develop a deep expertise of Meta’s Live platform of products and how they are being used across constituent groups
Provide visibility to all deliverables, timelines and issues frequent status updates to the team and relevant partners
Proactively seek feedback from partners and team members to constantly improve process and execution
Accept/decline support requests
Minimum Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a project/program management, management consulting, operations or similar strategic space
Experience at a studio, media company, in post-production, social media, and/or at a video platform
Experience communication to both technical and business audiences
Experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously and exhibit a thorough understanding of automated technology and traditional broadcast technology
Experience building best-in-class program management capabilities to drive balanced performance & operational excellence across the organization
Experience in conducting analyses, identifying insights and communicating results to inform business decisions
Experience with surface project opportunities for future roadmaps and influence leadership to gain buy-in/support
Understanding of live broadcast environment (i.e., switching and routing knowledge, network monitoring/troubleshooting, etc.)
Experience in fast-paced and dynamic environments
Experience working on a large cross-functional team
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in video content operations, broadcast operations, entertainment/related industries
High inter-personal and communication skills. Experience flexing communications style, advanced in influencing skills to drive the best impact for the company, while growing and maintaining strong healthy work relationships
Results driven, high-achiever, resourceful and proactive in chasing progress, with experience resolving problems and effective in conflict resolution
Experience in customer satisfaction in partner support or process implementation within production field
