Produce, source, manage and execute world-class production of creative assets across Meta’s family of apps and services
Manage projects from conception to completion, coordinating day-to-day content production activities to help ensure on-time, flawless execution
Direct all production efforts (scoping, casting, shooting, editing etc.)
Collaborate with content creators, manage bid submission, pre-production, shoot, record and edit and delivery
Negotiate best prices, terms and contracts with external production companies and agencies, signing off on all job budgets and taking final responsibility for production actuals
Execute strong time/project management skills with an ability to juggle several projects simultaneously
Work closely with Meta’s internal legal team on IP law, marketing law and contracting law
Strategize with the creative teams from a production perspective and identify opportunities
Manage client interaction and expectations regarding production support and content efforts
Play a key role in business development, including fueling the prospective client/project pipeline, collaborating with Creative Strategists and Client Partners to identify and vet prospective projects and participate in advertiser pitches and presentations
Stay abreast of best-in-class content creator partners and technical solutions that can be leveraged by the creative team
Responsible for content production ranging from live action and animation to 360, LIVE and messenger projects for the Feed and Instagram
Work with a global team of Producers to collaborate on the best industry practices, top creative partners, and frameworks for deeper content development
Develop and maintain strong internal relationships with key stakeholders in North America with client partners, creative strategists, client solution managers and Legal teams
Manage and inspire your team, showing a penchant for building strong morale with all team members and clients
Develop content and production plans for new, never before done technical and creative content ideas
Responsible for regional strategic planning development with regional leads
Define and delegate team responsibilities
12+ years of production company or advertising agency producer experience
3+ years of team management experience
Leadership skills in production, with experience managing in-house bidders, freelance line-producers, external production support teams, business affairs and design
Experience working with new technology and new categories of products – either bespoke or at scale
Experience managing and inspiring a team, leading them to success, removing obstacles, and enabling their career growth
Experience adhering to local customs and business practices within North America
Understanding of content landscape and media environment, digital production models, as well as advertiser and consumer tech space
Expertise in personnel management and communication skills
Expertise in administrative and time management skills, being responsive to unforeseen time/costs
Experience securing rights to properties and working with legal departments
Experience cultivating a network of artists and directors
Experience developing production talent, team capabilities and a business infrastructure to scale a function/offering
Experience working collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment
Reel/portfolio with work samples
Must obtain work authorization in country of employment at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment
Experience producing award-winning commercials, branded content and multi-platform media experiences with a particular expertise on leading digital platforms and their technical requirements
Experience producing mobile-first content
Detailed knowledge of Meta platforms and portfolio of products
