Outbound Marketing Manager, Kustomer Responsibilities:
Develop full life-cycle outbound marketing programs including targeting and segmentation, messaging, channels, planning & forecasting, localization, and reporting
Create, analyze and optimize digital and email marketing programs targeting decision making unit personas of distinct market segments to meet pipeline goals, including end-to-end quarterly media planning, budgeting, and lead & pipeline forecasts
Ensure proper project management & communication of priorities, projects/programs, and results to leadership and the larger team
Map the buyer journey and build a perpetual demand generation engine to nurture leads throughout the buyer journey
Perform regular analysis of campaign performance and metrics to report on campaign performance
Implement internal cross-team processes to ensure optimized workflow and accurate campaign reporting
Create and monitor reporting dashboards and conduct continuous data analyses to improve core processes (lead qualification, source attribution, lead rerouting, lead handoff)
Partner with a variety of team such as sales and marketing as well as other internal teams to isolate target audience segments and develop effective ways to target those segments digitally
Partner with product marketing to turn market insights into high performing campaigns
Partner with content marketing to inform needs and priorities for targeted digital content (assets, webinars, events, etc.)
Develop and execute email marketing strategy to grow email nurture audiences to engage and convert prospects
Develop and manage targeted digital campaigns from strategy to execution including audience building and management, bidding and targeting, ad and landing page copywriting and campaign creation
Minimum Qualifications:
8+ years of relevant marketing experience
4+ years experience in marketing at a fast growth B2B SaaS company (double or triple digit growth)
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent cross-functional project management skills with proven experience to meet deadlines, comfortable with a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated experience with marketing operations, Marketo and SFDC
Strong track record of using email marketing to drive growth, build audiences and gain insights to drive decisions
Understanding of search, social and display platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Ads, etc.
Skilled copywriter with experience in paid search and social ad copywriting
A strong communicator that can efficiently communicate takeaways and insights to drive improvements
Demonstrated experience using data to inform decision making & strategy planning
