Product Equity and Inclusion Program Manager, Reality Labs Responsibilities:
Identify and gain leadership alignment on top priorities and opportunities to drive equity and inclusion across Reality Labs products.
Create and implement organizational processes and programs that drive equity and inclusion into the product development lifecycle/roadmaps across the Reality Labs organization.
Implement and adjust equity and inclusion frameworks to drive and measure impact and ensure consistency in how equity and inclusion is addressed across products.
Validate frameworks and ensure high-level equity and inclusion risks are addressed, through the use of internal and external experts and other appropriate means.
Support teams in identifying, measuring, and reporting on experience gaps across diverse users.
Collaborate with functions across product teams (research, PMs, and TPMs) to implement equity and inclusion related feedback in RL products.
Continuously gather input and feedback on the effectiveness of Product DEI efforts in RL.
Synthesize learnings and provide status and updates to RL leadership and a wide range of stakeholders on the current half, year, and multi-year product equity objectives.
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in program management with roles grounded in strategic problem solving, product development, and/or analytics.
3+ years in the diversity, equity, and inclusion space with understanding of the drivers of discrimination and inequity, as well as best practices for combating them in the realm of technology products.
Experience developing and/or implementing product development processes within the technology landscape.
Experience working collaboratively with team members, stakeholders, cross-functional partners, and senior leadership.
Experience reconciling differing viewpoints and presenting compelling, defensible objectives and narratives that can influence decisions of business leaders.
Demonstrated capacity for strategic problem solving, anticipating future challenges and solving them proactively.
Preferred Qualifications:
3 years of experience in the technology sector working on ethics, responsible innovation, or related field.
Experience using strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
