Meta Looking For Program Manager, Community Product Operations at Remote Full Time

Meta’s Global Operations team exists to help them. Community Product Operations is a team within Meta’s Global Operations Organization that is focused on supporting our users through both direct support interactions as well as scalable solutions, and on improving the health of our products by helping people understand how to use them. Those who join our teams are very passionate about solving people’s issues and are strong advocates for the Meta community. We need influencers who can align cross-functional partners to ensure the best possible experience for our platforms.We are actively hiring Program Managers for several teams across Community Product Operations.

Program Manager, Community Product Operations Responsibilities:

Lead large, complex, cross-functional programs within Meta to enhance existing or create new product experiences that advance business goals

Spot and creatively solve complex, cross-functional operational issues, often unique to each project or process

Deeply understand the architecture and integration points of Meta’s community support processes, products and policies

Analyze complex support flows and provide recommendations for process, policy and product improvements

Track and analyze key operational metrics to deeply understand the support ecosystem and help determine where to focus optimization efforts

Identify and lead opportunities to improve operational efficiencies, improve quality, and implement scalable solutions

Help establish team goals and work with multiple stakeholders on strategies for executing, measuring progress, and reporting results

Influence a highly integrated team composed of both technical and non-technical members

Continually refine best practices for efficient and scalable end-to-end frameworks for launch process management

Minimum Qualifications:
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, an MBA degree

Experience working with Operations, Analytics, Product, Engineering, Consulting, Project Management or equivalent teams

Experience working in highly cross-functional environments in leadership roles

Executive presence and communication skills

Experience with data-driven decision making and problem solving

Track record of operating independently and delivering results, embracing ambiguity, demonstrating creativity, and delivering results in a highly organized manner

Demonstrated experience keeping up with deadlines under pressure, prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously

Must obtain work authorization in the country of employment at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment

Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of statistical analysis and data tools

Experience with Excel

SQL/data experience

3+ years of work experience in business strategy or consulting

3+ years experience in a project management, management consulting, or similar strategic role

3+ years of work experience in role involving strategic/analytical initiatives (project management, operations, consulting experience, data analysis or technical systems)

Experience in a rapidly changing tech or startup environment
