Meta Looking For Program Manager, Reality Labs Partnerships at Remote Full Time

Meta is seeking a Program Manager to join the Reality Labs Partnerships organization. The focus of this role will be on building multifaceted programs with developer and media/talent partners, and collaborating across our organization on education and evangelism materials that inspire and inform partnership opportunities. The successful candidate will have strong cross-functional partnership skills with demonstrable experience in program and resource development. They must have experience effectively collaborating across a diverse organization of engineering, product and business entities to drive results.

Program Manager, Reality Labs Partnerships Responsibilities:
Partner with the Director, Reality Labs Partnerships Programs in matching partners to build equitable, valuable and scalable metaverse experiences

Partner with leads across Media and Community Partnerships, the broader Meta Business Group and Reality Labs to ensure alignment and collaborative thought partnership in development of partner programs

Partner with internal stakeholders to inspire and educate on available programs, opportunities and materials

Partner with Meta’s Sales teams to integrate program initiatives into client partner offerings

Partner with Legal, Policy, Communications, Business Development and other teams to identify gaps in our processes, up-leveling how we operate internally and across Meta

Determine return on investment and measure efficacy of programs, developing insights driven processes

Minimum Qualifications:
12+ years of experience working in a program management, project management, strategy, management consulting or equivalent function

BA/BS degree

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in related product-oriented business development space with major technology companies, innovative start-ups, or partner development

Experience collaborating cross-functionally and building consensus among multiple stakeholders in an entrepreneurial, high-expectation environment

Quantitative analytical experience and communication skills
