A Program Manager oversees a group of related projects/programs with the application of knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to achieve program goals and/or to optimize existing business processes for partners and the partnership team of a specific region. A Program Manager may also be responsible for launching a new program initiative. The details of the roles and responsibilities may differ from region to region and from program to program. This role will cover all programs for the TEP team in the LATAM region and report to the regional partner strategy manager.

Program Manager, Telco Ecosystem Partnerships Responsibilities:

Work closely with Mobile Operator and Telecom Infrastructure partners in Latin America to understand their business needs and challenges and define how we can connect their internal strategies across segments, markets and channels with our programs

Partner with Product team to understand strategy, define regional go-to-market plan for the product suite and feed success & learnings back to inform, influence and support our product roadmap

Synthesize the regional insights based on internal and external data and share it broadly with product & cross-functional teams to shape proper partner strategies for the short & long-term for better partnership capital

Build systems and run programs so that the LATAM partnership team can achieve the goals efficiently and productively

Willingness to travel 30% of the time

Minimum Qualifications:
Experience running programs from end-to-end with running execution with attention-to-details

Experience with data and analyses

Experience synthesizing insights from data and a theme/story out of the seemingly separate pieces of information

Experience working with autonomy and with many stakeholders in cross functional initiatives across the organization

Fluency in English
