Project Manager, Content Tools Program Responsibilities:
Owns the Tools Program Live Operations, triaging and resolution of run tasks, keeping members of Content Organization unblocked on a daily basis while representing the Tools Program business vision to internal partners and external vendors
Drives tracking and analysis of Tools Program health KPIs, implementing continuous improvement practices to the Program’s operations that promote user satisfaction
Produces and maintains project plans and scope requirement documentation throughout project lifecycle
Drives planning and execution of projects, in partnership with Tools Program Manager
Drives engagements with external vendors, managing relationships and work-for-hire initiatives to completion, in partnership with Tools Program Manager
Owns user enablement and adoption practices, supporting data integrity and reporting activities that promote cross-functional collaboration between Content Organization and internal partners inside Reality Labs
Owns the Content Tools Program knowledge-base. Creates training initiatives and materials to promote self-serving experience for team members utilizing Salesforce and other productivity tools, such as JIRA
Identifies and implements continuous improvements to processes, evolving how the Content Tools Program operates over time
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience integrating Salesforce with proprietary back-end systems or third-party applications
7+ years of program/project management scaling business workflows and operations via enterprise software solutions
Demonstrated roadmap and prioritization practices that enable frequent and consistent improvements to systems in use by a diverse group of user profiles
Project management knowledge with experience executing autonomously, successfully leading multiple initiatives of varying timelines simultaneously, from ideation to post-launch phases, with minimal oversight or direction
Experience defining program KPIs that promote data-driven decision making and collaboration
Experience navigating complex cross-functional work streams, leveraging interpersonal and communication skills to achieve business outcomes through influence
Experience delivering polished presentations on tactical and strategic levels, including occasional updates to Leadership
Knowledge in Salesforce and platform solutions, experience in defining system architecture, data models, UX design and system integrations based on business use cases
Vendor management experience: sourcing vendors, defining scope, planning and executing projects based on Statement of Work terms defined
Proficiency in multiple productivity tools such as, but not limited to, JIRA, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Visio/Lucidchart, Asana
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with the VR industry, consumer products and software experiences
Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced User Experience
Experience with workflows and systems for digital content development and publishing
Experience using Tableau CRM, and other reporting BA tools
JIRA administrator experience
Experience managing third-party vendors
Experience with software development, publishing and live services operation for digital content
Experience working with distributed teams
