Project Manager, Metaverse Integrity Operations Responsibilities:
Drive the Metaverse integrity operations strategy with Product, Engineering, Operations and Policy teams
Establish creative and sustainable processes to manage day-to-day integrity operations and drive efficiency/effectiveness to ensure essential KPIs/service goals are met
Analyze complex integrity flows and provide recommendations for process, policy, and product improvements
Track and analyze key operational metrics to deeply understand the Metaverse integrity ecosystem and determine where to focus optimization efforts
Work with cross-functional partners to improve the community support experience across our products
Partner with Product, Policy, Legal, Marketing and other cross functional teams to develop scalable solutions to support the Metaverse user community
Lead and collaborate on projects that aim to improve our community’s support experience
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience leading large-scale programs or operations in software, supply chain, trust & safety, or other related domains
Experience working in, and communicating with, and leading global cross-functional project teams
5+ years experience working in an Operations, Analytics, Product, Engineering, Consulting, Technical Program Management or equivalent role
4+ years experience initiating and driving projects to completion with minimal guidance
Preferred Qualifications:
Presentation and communication skills
MBA or graduate degree in an analytical or operational field
2+ years of Strategy or Tech Consulting experience
2+ years of experience working in online abuse prevention, content enforcement, or similar field
Comfortable analyzing large datasets in SQL, Google Sheets or similar tools to evaluate operational health and identify areas of improvement
Entrepreneurial mindset and demonstrated experience achieving stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment
Problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical experience
