Regional Strategist, Creative Shop Responsibilities:
Drive external and internal partnerships to ensure cultural and product relevance in developing our creative work
Align regional strategies with global product objectives and regional client objectives
Influence the creative strategic conversation at bi-annual regional planning sessions
Act as support and connective tissue between regional priorities and regional projects during strategic development
Carve out white spaces and experiment with creative territories that we don’t already know
Lead and represent Creative Shop in your region’s big bets initiatives and define the value Creative Shop can add
Ensure progress and deployment of regional initiatives and strategic priorities
Build synergy and own the relationships amongst internal partners on regional initiatives
Create milestones to track progress and share back learnings/successes
Provide regular, proactive updates to executive leadership
Build alignment among key project stakeholders and escalate key decisions as required
Track the overall progress and quality of the work/client behavior produced
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Strategy, Planning, Advertising, Marketing, Innovation, Branding, or Consulting
Demonstrated experience building and growing high functioning, healthy work streams
Communication and leadership without authority skills
Experience working with and influencing cross-functional teams across multiple stakeholders within large enterprises
Experience analyzing data and develop actionable insights
Experience building presentations and using common business software – Office, Keynote, PowerPoint, Google Slides
Knowledge and experience working with the North America market
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a Regional role with a complex and highly effective collaborative structure
International working experience, working in-market
Strong understanding of Meta’s products and business strategy
Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional partners
Marketing experience in driving innovation or experimentation work
Design thinking experience
Fluent in English
