TalentX Researcher, Executive Search Responsibilities:
Manage executive search engagements from requisition intake meetings to engagement to hire
Develop and execute outside-the-box research strategies in multiple disciplines/domains simultaneously while managing high volume of data
Understand and identify competitor landscape and apply intel to research strategies and decision making
Understand how to best use qualitative and quantitative data, with the ability to present data to influence decisions
Partner closely with TalentX Recruiters, cross functional recruiting team members, business and HR leaders to share intel and hire the best talent across Facebook
Proactively seek the team’s input and enjoy bouncing ideas off of each other, even though input may not be needed
Clear articulation in all forms of communication with an emphasis on executive style and approach to each deliverable and presentation
Able to work in ambiguous environments and comfortable with the unknown
Continuous eye for improvements – we strive to set the bar in executive search as industry leaders
Minimum Qualifications:
4+ years sourcing experience with an executive search firm or in-house recruiting team
Experience using talent market insights and data to influence decisions within the leadership groups and cross-functional teams
Experience developing and executing candidate generation and research techniques
Proven experience in identifying and engaging senior-level candidates
Demonstrated track record of building working relationships with leaders and cross-functional partners
Experience partnering with senior management
Experience screening resumes to match qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience as a Sourcer partnering with Recruiters and hiring partners across different offices
Extensive sourcing and talent mapping experience across multiple tech/product disciplines
Experience maintaining high volume of sensitive information and building scalable structure around data
Experience working independently with little direction
