The Technical Program Manager will work with global security teams to deliver and engineer forward thinking security solution and evaluate, build, pilot, and integrate new solutions
Partner with and drive product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers and strategically evolve and grow existing products and services to constantly deliver a better user experience

You will work with a range of existing and innovative technologies including cybersecurity, geo spatial mapping, physical security information management, video analytics, access control, IoT edge hardening, UX Platforms, audio visual systems, compliance applications and many more internal applications and systems in large scale enterprise environments
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience. Degree must be completed prior to joining Meta.
Knowledge of general physical security systems, security hardware devices, IOT devices, software, vulnerably assessments, and complex networks
Experienced Technical Program Manager focused on delivering highly technical programs. Understanding of what it takes to build program from concept to operationalization
Experienced developing teams and creating partnerships with internal cross functional stakeholders, as well as external vendors/partners around the world
Technical foundation in Defensive Cyber concepts and solutioning
Experienced tackling complex problems with strategic focuses on achieving long-term organizational goals and problems statements
Experienced in rapidly growing businesses that have expanded globally
Superior organizational and communication skills. Experience influencing and communicate effectively
Experienced working with end-users, systems engineers, infrastructure, IT support, management, network teams, field teams
Experienced building roadmaps that align innovations and solutions with organizational goals
Understanding of offensive cyber, threat mapping and red team activities
Knowledge of statistics, data analytics and product metrics
Experience with managing vendors, vendor selection and contract execution and negotiations
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering field or Computer Science or related industry experience and certifications
5+ years’ experience managing technical engineering projects and innovation solutions
