Effectively plan and project manage various size projects simultaneously from scoping to implementation and identify potential risks or issues with project implementations. Proactively drive communication with internal and external stakeholders during projects.
Partner with a variety of operations teams to identify the highest impact learning opportunities such as onboarding or learning gaps, and manage initiatives to build new solutions or transform existing processes.
Translate business requirements into implementation plans, furthering our mission of protecting and supporting our community.
Play an active role by contributing to strategically improve operational processes, growth, scale, and learning solutions.
Create learning paths and workflows, gathering feedback and data for iteration and scale.
Collaborate with cross functional teams (Including but not limited to Quality and Policy program and project managers) to lead continuous training improvements in the interest of improving learner experience and overall Learning and Quality program for Legal and Partner Operations.
2+ years experience of project management or relevant experience in learning and/or operations based environment
Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and learning principles
Experience communicating and working cross-functionally
Experience driving continuous process improvements, automation & global process standardization
Experience thriving in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment
Experience working independently and a track record of taking initiative in ambiguous, dynamic environments
Experience with learning system tools such as Confluence, Cornerstone, Wikis, Articulate (Storyline)
Experience in scaling global training programs
Interest in operational policy knowledge
Interest in Media, Privacy, IP law, and international regulations
