We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate leader to join the Customer Success Cross Solution team as a Business Manager to help drive organization wide impact. As a Business Manager, you will lead, orchestrate, be accountable, and drive thought leadership across the organization to impact culture, business results, strategy, and efficacy. By joining this team, you will play a critical role in the inner workings of the organization.

Responsibilities
As the Business Manager, you will report to a Cross Solution Leader and be accountable to:
Build culture and create work environment that brings out team members’ best
Lead Strategy and annual planning
Drive and orchestrate various aspects of ROB (MBR, QBC, etc) with a broad set of stakeholders and high visibility across Area and Corp
Support Optimizing existing programs and org design for impact and efficiency
Deepen team stakeholder DNA and mindset in the field
Oversee Leadership Team comms ensuring strategic and impactful internal and external communications
Ensure operational excellence, including predictable rhythms and cadences, OKRs to help the org deliver against its priorities
Initiate strategic initiatives and projects to grow and transform the organization
Fostering a culture where people feel great about working within the team via supporting inclusion, generating energy, and building community. Help drive Diversity & Inclusion priorities.
Qualifications
5+ years’ experience in Operations, Program Management, and/or Strategy and Analysis.
BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
Executive maturity, organizational agility and strong impact and influence competencies.
Self-motivated and directed, requiring minimal supervision.
Ability to work effectively across groups (business and functions) in a fast-paced work environment.
Effective at influencing without authority and driving work through others.
Proven ability to create clarity, generate energy and deliver success.
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
Solid understanding of Microsoft’s business units and solutions.
