Responsibilities
Program Rhythms & Scheduling
The Business Manager – People programs is responsible for driving the overall People programs rhythm of business, including content identification, development, scheduling, production, and maintenance. Programs include: Employee onboarding, Leadership Team Engagement Series, Hiring Manager Roadshow, D&I series, Fix Hack Learn (FHL), Give campaign, employee training, and more.
Content Development & Management
With oversight and guidance from the leadership team and Chief of Staff, the role is responsible for topic and content development that will include building & maintaining SharePoint pages, slide decks, newsletters, and video management.
Cross-team Leadership and Management
The role works in close partnership with Chief of Staff & Business Managers, along with the employee champions from each team, and must be able to organize, communicate, and drive accountability across a diverse set of stakeholders.
Budget Management
Budget planning and management for programs occurs on an annual basis and is tracked throughout the year.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience
4+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles
Exceptional organizational experience, managing multiple projects with different deliverables and timelines simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal skills; experience with SharePoint site design and maintenance
Ability to create and maintain positive relationships, influence and collaborate internally and externally
Experience with budget management and basic accounting
Preferred:
Video production & editing experience
