Responsibilities
The Vendor Delivery Management (VDM) team needs a motivated, self-directed individual who can bring proven business operations skills to drive coordination and management of our external contractor resource group. This position requires extensive cross-group coordination and communication; ability to manage end-to-end processes and deliver operational efficiencies; and proactive use of technologies, processes, tools, and methodologies to provide tactical solutions for immediate issues/needs.
This is a highly collaborative role and the best candidate will possess a natural business curiosity, be detail oriented and enjoy working with data and reporting in a diverse work setting. In addition, organization, strong follow-through and problem-solving are needed.
Qualifications
The salary for this role in the state of Colorado is between $70,300 and $92,600.
At Microsoft, certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
