We are looking for a candidate to be a strategic advisor to the BET leadership team and help lead key cross-organization initiatives working closely with multiple senior leaders as well as external partners. Ideal candidate will be a thought leader possessing strong leadership qualities, inter-personal skills and with a detail-oriented, organized and analytical approach.

Responsibilities

Strategy development workingwith the BET and BAP Leadership teams

Drive cross-organizational initiatives and special projects,critical to BET success

Ensure excellence in businessmanagement, operations and employer branding in partnership with the leadership team and the broader organization

Qualifications

10+ years of product engineering experience in an engineering role (software engineering, product or program management, design, or data science). Strong preference of experience in the communications space OR

10+ years marketing, strategy, business planning, consulting, and/or partner organization experience, scaling a business, driving change in a large company, entrepreneurship, etc

5 years professional experience and/or fundamentals for shipping products in relevant areas (AI, Mixed Reality, Enterprise Metaverse)

Demonstrated history of engineering and product expertise with a proven ability to influence and inspire technical peers.

Effective at driving complex multi-stakeholder processes and cross-team programs to desired results while managing risk

Demonstrated strong capability in verbal and written communications skills
