The US CCE PMO is a team within Microsoft US (MSUS) responsible for leading and landing the Connected Customer Experience (CCE) vision and strategy. The Connected Customer Experience is a long-term, One Microsoft strategy for delivering a differentiated end-to-end customer experience and delighting our customers and exceeding their expectations in every interaction through a connected customer experience.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The US CCE PMO seeks an experienced field leadership professional to help lead the ongoing transformation of CCE across MSUS.
As a Business Program Manager for CCE in MSUS, you will have the opportunity to transform, lead, develop, enable, coach and land key business strategies across all field teams to realize the full potential of the Connected Customer Experience.
This role requires the ability to lead through influence and work collaboratively across different stakeholder groups to inform, drive alignment, and gain buy-in. This individual will have accountability for leading a v-team of stakeholders towards a common goal of operationalizing CCE.
Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of the role include:
Program and change management of the Connected Customer Experience activities, orchestrating issue resolution through various stakeholder groups and reporting on progress and blockers at executive levels.
Building and implementing a program and change plan to operationalize CCE across and integrating into existing motions to ensure adoption.
Collaborate with stakeholders from various teams in WW and MSUS to drive operationalization of the Connected Customer Experience vision and strategy.
Formulate a perspective and recommendation on Connected Customer Experience direction and strategy, representing sales and customer success and support; provide field perspective leveraging SMEs and v-teams.
Training, coaching and enabling field teams (managers and individual contributors) on key activities that will contribute to a Connected Customer Experience for our customers.
Actively getting feedback to understand how CCE is landing and the impact it’s having
Helping to track and measure ROI and success of the program
Qualifications
6+ years business program management experience
2+ years change management experience
Demonstrated ability to design and execute large transformation programs and initiatives with clear results.
Change management experience and leadership approach to ensure rigorous change principles are considered in field landing activities and asks.
Aptitude and passion for both strategy formulation and program execution
Project management skills, ability to develop and execute processes that facilitate collaboration, leadership team effectiveness and impact.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong leadership, executive presence, organizational agility, ability to impact and influence senior level leaders across the company; ability to rapidly gain/build trust and confidence of internal and external stakeholders.
Clear, concise, and convincing communications – both written and oral
Proactive, forward thinking and ability to synthesize disparate information effectively and quickly into clear recommendations, actions, and decisions.
Strategic, yet pragmatic and operationally savvy, with a commitment to a job well done.
The salary for this role in the state of Colorado is between $125,000 and $187,700.
At Microsoft, certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
