The Digital Engagement Program Lead role on the Microsoft Cloud and Industry Programs Team is ideal for a talented digital marketer with demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams to achieve results and a passion for driving customer-centered marketing. This role will lead the Sustainability engagement program driving demand for the Microsoft Cloud for Sustainability and driving awareness of Microsoft’s effort to accelerate progress toward a more sustainable future by reducing our environmental footprint, accelerating research, and helping our customers build sustainable solutions. They will also lead the Microsoft Cloud engagement program focused on driving awareness of the Microsoft Cloud, the most trusted and comprehensive cloud helping organizations meet the challenges of a rapidly changing world and seize on new opportunities to grow and thrive. The Program Lead drives business outcomes by defining and managing always-on programs that aim to acquire and nurture leads to become highly engaged customers. They understand their customers better than anyone, using customer insights and business priorities to help define integrated marketing plans, and lead cross-functional stakeholder groups to deliver program execution throughout the year.
As the business owner, the program lead regularly ensures we are capturing the valuable signals for sales, tracking lead engagement and progress through the marketing and sales funnel, and optimizing the program and marketing levers to drive the greatest business outcomes. A successful Program Lead has a proven record of motivating and influencing teams in a matrixed organization, and knows how to prioritize based on the levers that drive the biggest impact. Successful candidates will have an exceptional ability to generate energy within their cross-functional teams and stakeholders, using their strong communication and collaboration skills. Deeply curious about our customers, they will create clear customer-centric program strategies that drive strategic business objectives. They will have an analytical, data-driven mentality that enables them to adapt and optimize their programs to deliver the right results.
