As a Digital Event Producer, you will be an integral part of bringing unique learning experiences to thousands of students, educators, and families around the world
Responsibilities
Produce live, streaming educational events
Assist in creative direction, scripts, and other production-related assets to present the partner-organization in the best way
Work with the partner and Flipgrid Marketing team for visual assets to promote the events
Provide event-related data after events are finished.
Manage logistics of rehearsals with external partners and prepare speakers
Assist with post-production content.
Identify footage and create smaller, digestible video assets from the full live events to be used afterward
Deliver effective, engaging, and on-brand creatives that align to planned social campaigns and events throughout the year.
Provide insights for future content by listening to our partner community, team, and evaluating data.
Coordinate with other production team members and partners to manage dependencies.
Work closely with the rest of the Creative team and Partner, Marketing team to help improve processes and identify potential video topics.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g. Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop) and PowerPoint
Experience working on multiple projects, tight schedules, and operating in an environment that changes quickly.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with video editing
Experience producing live-streamed digital events
Experience developing and running project management processes
Experience building relationships with major brands
Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail in a logistically complex environment
Strong relational skills to give and at-ease experience for external partners and talent
Strong cross-team communication skills. You will work with the creative team (e.g. artists and designers), technical teams (e.g. OBS producers), and non-technical, relational teams (e.g. Community team) alike.
