The CO+I, Datacenter business is looking to fill role of Global Supply Chain Predictive Analytics and Project Planning Director. The CO+I Supply Chain organization is responsible for delivering Datacenter Procurement for Microsoft’s cloud business. We have a portfolio of complex, multi-disciplinary, multi-million, multi-year Datacenter construction and lease projects. You will be responsible for partnering with the functional team, Engineering and the business partners to simplify processes, establish and lead the overall transformation for the respective workstream.
The Supply Planning and Predictive Analytics Leader will lead formation and drive the requirements for the development new or revised statistical systems, problem solving, or investigation related to modeling. They will need to be able to work in a self-start environment, apply high-level problem-solving skills, and model a can-do attitude. They will drive process simplification and operational adoption of the processes in partnership with the value stream owners ensuring a connection across the overall echo-system as we work to scale the organization. In this role, you will partner and establish relationships by building trust with internal & external stakeholders and develop/execute strategies which meet business outcomes.
The successful candidate must be a self-starter with proven skills in driving key initiatives with results through engagement with external and internal partners and have a solid business acumen. The candidate will be a problem solver and be resourceful, able to drive change, creative and willing to work with and through others to be successful. This candidate must have the ability to demonstrate the value of the solution (not just demonstrate the functionality) and build strong relationships with internal customers. Strong executive verbal and written communication skills and analytical thinking are necessary for driving a high level of impact.

Responsibilities
Lead project teams in support of different project workstreams, and manage overall project activities, plans, and schedules associated with deliverables and milestones.
Lead, guide and support multiple workstream leads / consultants through the design and implementation of targeted change strategies including identification of change impacts to people, process, policy, and structure, stakeholder identification and alignment, appropriate communication and feedback loops, success measures, training, organizational readiness, and long-term sustainability.
Ability to synthesize numerous sources of information to create long range forecasting models while ensuring that operations are reflective of the plan.
Leads, drive day-to-day change management activities while providing the appropriate levels of support and coaching.
Recommend appropriate new or revised change management tools and practices.
Bring Supply Chain experience and help to shape the vision in alignment with the overall Supply Chain Transformation core team.
Baseline of current process and drive lean processes on the global and regional basis.
Evaluate and engage with external partners to accelerate transformation.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in business, Supply Chain, process improvement or related organization.
5+ years of experience in Complex Forecasting Model Development Experience in a Long Lead Environment
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, engineering, or related discipline
5+ years of experience in advanced PowerBI, SQL, Kusto, Python, & R Skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Comfortable with applying predictive analytics principles and applying them to develop long range forecasting models.
Deep technical knowledge, ideally with experience in multiple sectors and industries
Demonstrated ability to successfully manage large scale change and influence in a matrixed organization.
Demonstrated strategic thinking and leadership with strong relationship management ability.
Prior experience in managing by influence across multiple teams/groups across an organization.
Proven track record for identifying risks and implementing mitigations successfully.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal collaboration skill, clear and succinct delivery
Data-oriented, analytical and detail oriented, capable of developing and using models for optimization purposes yet balanced with an ability to be able to step back from the data to draw out the right business approach for conclusion.
Strong project management/process improvement skills, effectively evaluates information/data to make decisions; anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve issues; creates actionable strategies and operational plans.
Demonstrated customer focus – evaluates decisions through the eyes of the customer and develops processes to deliver outcomes that meet corporate, operations and sourcing goals.
Change oriented, actively generates process improvements; champions and drives change initiatives; confronts difficult circumstances in creative ways, balances multiple and competing priorities and executes accordingly.
