Run the Employee Signals survey program, enabling all of Microsoft to listen, reflect, discuss and act to help employees thrive.
Lead the project team for Employee Signals, partnering with a project manager, platform specialists, and change management lead.
Lead the council of internal subject matter experts (SMEs) to refine and refresh survey content and potential actions to ensure alignment to Employee Signals vision, strategy, and goals.
Seek feedback from multiple internal audiences and incorporate external research and practice to prioritize ongoing program enhancements.
Partner with other employee listening program owners to collaboratively problem solve, ensure alignment in philosophies across programs, and strive for continuous improvement in the employee experience across the ecosystem of employee listening.
Leverage perspectives from both theory and practice to generate compelling insights from employee survey data, both independently and through collaboration with analysts, data scientists and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience running large scale HR or analytics programs in a complex, matrixed environment OR advanced degree in industrial/organizational psychology, organizational behavior, social psychology, or related social science field AND 5+ years of experience running large scale HR or analytics programs in a complex, matrixed environment.
Demonstrated ability to lead a project team without hierarchical authority by creating clarity, generating energy, and delivering success through teamwork.
Demonstrated ability to effectively balance the needs of multiple stakeholders while upholding program vision, strategy and goals.
Demonstrated ability to set and achieve challenging goals in a complex environment, while continuously scanning the environment for adaptations needed to achieve those goals.
Demonstrated ability to serve as a trusted advisor to senior HR leaders in the areas of people analytics and survey insights.
Experience interpreting multivariate statistical analyses (multivariate regression, random forests, factor analyses) and proficiency in SPSS or R. Recent experience performing these analyses preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree in industrial/organizational psychology, organizational behavior, social psychology, or related social science field; 5+ years experience in Consulting, Program Design, Organizational Design, Strategic Planning/Execution, and/or Change Management.
The salary for this role in the state of Colorado is between $125,000 and $187,700
