Manage a complex calendar. Must have ability to analyze and respond appropriately to trends, priorities, and duplicities in order to maximize time efficiencies, ensuring that the CVP is engaged only in essential meetings and events.
Work closely with key business stakeholders/leaders to ensure strategic prioritization of the CVP’s time. This includes understanding what is critical to the business in order to make appropriate decisions that directly impact the CVP’s time and effectiveness.
Own the Manufacturing ROB Calendar; closely partner with key cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth execution (including logistics) of all internal and external events. Take ownership and support of logistics for events sponsored by CVP and ensure that budgets and activities around this area are managed as effectively as possible.
Be agile; ability to adapt quickly as the environment/landscape shifts.
Coordinate travel arrangements. Meet the travel requirements of the CVP including door-to-door logistics. Work with key folks on the team in planning meetings and logistics, in order to maximize CVP’s time and focus.
Manage budgets and expenses in a compliant and timely manner.
Coordinate and professionally represent the Manufacturing OU to a wide spectrum of MS employees, as well as executives and employees from outside organizations.
Work without supervision and to be self-motivated. A confident self-starter is essential.
Uphold the highest level of integrity and business professionalism to be able to deal with highly sensitive information with absolute confidentiality.
Oversee execution of full hiring cycle including PCN management, REQ execution and tracking
Space management; alias management; processing and approving expense reports; new hire onboarding; procurement of goods and services
Key driver of the annual ROB scheduling and team calendar including all hands, large- and small-scale off-site meetings, and team morale events
Involvement in special projects as needed

Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience supporting a senior level executive in a fast paced and complex environment, understanding the executive’s needs, and making appropriate decisions and requests on behalf of the executive.
Prior experience in successfully partnering with other Executive Assistants.
Proficiency with Microsoft core Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneNote and OneDrive.

Knowledge of corporate organization and ability to navigate it and knowledge of departmental business practices and tools is required.
Comfortable learning new technologies.
