Responsibilities
Manage and prioritize a very complex calendar with strong attention to accuracy, timeliness, conflict resolution, and alignment to priorities and commitments
Executive-level interfacing within the organization and across Microsoft, as well as outward facing contact with senior customers and partners
Make time management decisions on behalf of the CSO to ensure meeting requests meet with time management priorities and performance objectives
Act as representative for the CSO to a wide spectrum of Microsoft employees, as well as executives and employees from outside organizations.
Assist with one GM’s calendar as well as team support
Plan and support team activities – meetings, purchase orders and morale events
Forecast and track headcount for the team.
New hire set up including all HeadTrax/MSS functions, office setup including computer equipment, space, office supplies, aliases, etc.
Manage financial budgeting, forecasting, and reporting; track spend on vendors.
Procurement of goods and services for the CSO and team
Partnering with Finance, HR, and Recruiting
Submit and reconcile expense reports for the CSO to ensure timely processing
Assist with streamlining policies across the org
Back up support to an EVP EA
Qualifications
5+ years of demonstrated relevant work experience in a fast-paced and complex environment
Build and maintain effective working relationships and accommodate diverse working styles
Ability to adapt to daily challenges and rapid changes
High level of effective interpersonal skills and excellent customer service.
Superior organizational skills
High degree of common sense and ability to apply good judgement based on situational awareness
Ability to organize and lead the admin community
The ability to self-direct and work independently, deal with ambiguity, and act with appropriate urgency and flexibility with a positive attitude
Must be able to maintain confidentiality and use discretion and judgment
Ability to see the big picture
Possess a good sense of humor and an ability to connect with people inside and outside the team
Knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft products and internal systems including Outlook, Microsoft Office, Windows, MSS, HeadTrax, MyOrder, MSExpense preferred
