We are looking for a full-time, remote iOS Software Engineer 2 to join our mobile team to design, ship, and improve user experiences that empower frontline workers and their organizations. You must be passionate about mobile development, experienced in delivering large-scale mobile solutions to users, and excited to work in a collaborative environment.

Design and code iOS features within the Microsoft Teams mobile app.
Collaborate with others to deliver success – by contributing to others’ success and by learning from others
Deliver features with strong user empathy for usability, beautiful UX, and customer needs.
Work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality, performant, reliable, and enterprise-ready mobile code.
3+ years of development experience with iOS Native Mobile Development (Swift/Objective-C)
Knowledge of mobile internals, mobile architectural patterns, network communication, and memory/battery efficiency.
Experience with engineering fundamentals, such as version control, automated testing, monitoring and alerting, etc.
Communication and collaboration skills to be a productive and positive member of the team.
Commitment to learn and grow
Willing to work remotely, full time.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
