We are looking for a Group Program Manager to help us expand our growth channels and increase our market share in the dynamic Work and Project Management industry. Responsibilities

Accelerate the growth of the Microsoft Project SaaS Business.

Coach and grow a team of PMs into future Microsoft leaders

Build a high growth software user-driven demand generation system

Manage various demand generation channels including communities, enthusiasts, influencers and Partners

Increase the delight and retention of the premium Microsoft Project SaaS service

Ensure that we have a strong conversion rate from Trail to Paid usage

Help Set strategy and priorities across a WW distributed team of 80 engineers, PMs and Designers.

Work closely with field and Marketing to integrate Product Strategy and Go To Market Motions to ensure strong product growth

Qualifications

10+ years of Product Management experience on an end-user facing product

3+ years’ experience leading a team of Product Managers

BA/BS degree required

Outstanding leader of diverse teams displaying a history of Modeling, Coaching and Caring

History of developing high growth software services

Ability to collaborate and influence across organizational boundaries

History of building experiment based culture to rapidly design, ship, learn and iterate

Understanding of the software business, including marketing, commerce, sales, social and partner channels

High degree of customer and user empathy in software design

Preferred:
MBA is preferred
