Responsibilities
The Learning Consultant will be responsible for guiding TLX partners in engaging, planning, and tracking across all TLX services including Experience Management, Vendor Management, Demand Planning, Technology, Data/Reporting, Learning Operations, Event Production, and Physical/Virtual Learning Spaces. Additionally, the Learning Consultant will be responsible for contributing to a portfolio view of all TLX programs in development. The Learning Consultant will draw on their deep experience of learning management and Microsoft HR programs to ensure programs owners are successful in creating, deploying, evaluating, and managing their programs.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Deliver on the needs of Microsoft’s business and functional units through excellence in the following accountabilities and responsibilities:
Be a trusted advisor to TLX partners. Establish highly valued, clear, successful relationships and engagement practices with TLX partners to achieve business goals.
Provide consultative support and actionable activities to TLI partners in the scoping and planning of TLX needs for learning programs and delivery.
Guide partners, peers, and TLX Service Leads to support and deliver on the TLX core services.
Contribute to TLX team’s portfolio view across all TLX activities for all partners.
Advise TLX partners on costs, timelines, and program needs for the planning and execution of programs and/or event.
Ensure TLX alignment meetings, reports, and partner portfolio activities and current and updated for a single TLX view of all activities.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
7+ years experience in Human Resources, Engineering, Operations, Learning & Development or related field
OR Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field AND 5+ years experience in Operations, Learning & Development, Human Resources, Engineering, or related field.
2+ years’ experience translating business aspirations into partnerships, programs, processes, and execution details.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of experience managing Learning & Development initiatives
For applicants residing in CO, the salary range for this role is from $103,700 to $156,400.
At Microsoft certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
