As part of Worldwide Commercial Finance, your role will be to deliver post sales contract solutions to enable over 200 senior negotiators around the world to close our most strategic deals every year.
Responsibilities
Manage customers contractual needs after a licensing agreement has been signed. Ensuring we continue a good relationship with every customer past negotiations is critical for the business.
Own communicating business trends to help the team and business operate more effectively and find effieciences to improve deal velocity
Find new and programattic solutions on how to process customers needs throughout the licensing process
Qualifications
Analytical and business judgment skills across a range of disciplines
Effective communication, cross-group collaboration and project management skills
Ability to work comfortably with ambiguity
Experience influencing positive outcomes without direct authority
Comfort engaging across all levels of the organization – executives to individual contributors
