We are looking for an Operations & Immersive Experiences Manager with a passion for excellence to manage the day-to-day operations of the Experience Center – Americas East in Atlanta. This role will support the EC & MTC Directors, coordinate activities of suppliers, and collaborate with a broad group of stakeholders to facilitate the deployment of immersive industry experiences. They will ensure that the facility, technology, and demos are maintained, and the teams and processes are well orchestrated to deliver a world class customer experience to our most important customers.
Act as primary onsite point of contact for all operational aspects within the Experience Center; serving as a liaison between the supplier teams, the Microsoft team, and a broad group of stakeholders, partners and vendors
Direct and prioritize resources to ensure delivery of highest-quality customer experiences, including partnering with MTC Director, EC Site leader and other key stakeholders in the development and landing of new initiatives, industry demos, systems, and processes
Facilitate experience/demo deliveries, pickups, customs clearance, installations, and 3rd party vendor activities
Management and orchestration of Partners, Agencies, Vendors, Contractors etc. to upgrade, repair or replace Immersive Experiences
Manage facility updates, equipment installation, maintenance and repairs
Coordinate with RE&F service providers including Lobby Hosts, Furniture, Custodial, Catering, Maintenance, Security, etc. ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements and quality of service is maintained
Prioritize and monitor activities of hospitality, technology, and operations suppliers; establishing efficient processes to ensure consistent and seamless white glove experiences for our guests (technical assistance, catering, transportation, interpretation, furniture changes, etc)
Nurture long term relationships with suppliers, stakeholders & other EC teams fostering a strong team alliance and promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence
Continually review and assess the effectiveness and efficiency of existing policies and procedures while establishing a culture of innovation and self-critical reflection which results in continuous improvement and evolution of policy and process
Develop common best-practice processes to be shared with other facilities within the CET portfolio
Ensure Compliance with corporate and group policies/strategies
Assist in ensuring the safety of the facility including but not limited to, assisting in emergency situations, as well as, updating safety documentation, the safety bulletin board, ERP bags, etc.
Sustainability and Accessibility Champion for the site – Facilitating annual audits and initiatives
Act as a backup to the Site Leader as needed assisting with coordination of activities, projects and special events
Conduct walkthroughs, site visits and informational sessions about the facility and the experience zone with internal and external stakeholders
The ideal candidate is a strong leader and smart problem solver with a solid understanding of operational requirements to run a facility, as well as managing technology and experiential demo implementation projects.
Experience managing vendor teams, developing scopes of work/key performance indicators (KPI), managing performance to contract SLA’s/KPI’s, forecasting budget requirements and managing within budget.
Strong presence, collaboration, and communication skills to interact with executives, customers, and stakeholders at many levels and across disciplines (business to technical)
Ability to think quickly, showing initiative and sound judgment.
Excellent interpersonal skills to build positive working relationships across diverse stakeholder groups and management levels.
Thrives in and can drive results within a complex, multi-site, multi-stakeholder environment and loves the creativity, energy, and enthusiasm of a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative team
Ability and desire to quickly learn new tools/software

5+ years of experience in operational management, vendor management, and/or program/project management.
Experience working in a client-facing environment or facility.
Highly proficient in MS Teams and Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Experience and familiarity with Microsoft products & Industry Trends
Bachelor’s Degree (B.S./B.A.) preferred
