Responsibilities
Our new team member is at the intersection of business, design, and technology bringing together the program strategic priorities, end user feedback, and market trends to develop, in partnership with EEHR, a technology roadmap to support short term priorities and a longer-term vision. Additionally, the work includes leading in on any technology project, translating the program priorities into business requirements, participating as part of the core team, acting as the Program POC and ensuring tools meet end user needs and expected outcomes.
Technology Management
Identify opportunities to use TLI talent solutions as a showcase for Microsoft technology in the HCM space, and act as a Client Manager representing Technology and Operations teams from initial scoping through completion and into program sustainment, and support the technology ROB including MBS, QBS, Annual planning
Define and maintain technology standards for learning operations and analyze operational technology interactions and processes suggesting improvement through automation and feature enhancements, managing POCs and prototyping of technology for new initiatives
Center of Excellence (CoE) Services
Manage the intake and ongoing adoption of Center of Excellence (CoE) programs technology; implement policy, process, and tools; ensure regional perspectives are incorporated into the design and implementation of HR programs in partnership with regional operational managers. Evaluate market trends and competition and use this information to determine what features to build.
Leads the operation of a Center of Excellence (CoE) program in a focus area or for an assigned business/geography based on established project plans; makes recommendations to support program readiness.
Leads the process of gathering and prioritizing tool and process feedback from key operational stakeholders in partnership with program subject matter experts, vendors, and Engineering partners.
Project Management
Develop business cases; partners with program owners and operations stakeholders for current and future business process documentation to support planning and design stages of new solution development.
Provide operational, infrastructure, and employee support analysis during planning stages of new project proposals in a focus area; presents analysis results and recommendations to facilitate project management; identifies opportunities to improve services and employee experience; evolves service of the operations team and quality of the projects supported.
Assist the process of requirements gathering for Human Resources (HR) programs; helps identify risks, issues, and barriers in project execution.
Implement project plans and tracks progress and deliverables; contributes insights in project meetings; communicates with relevant stakeholders/project sponsors/steering committee (e.g., business leaders, HR and Engineering partners) about project status and impacts.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
7+ years experience in Human Resources, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, or related field OR Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field AND 5+ years experience in Operations, Compliance, Human Resources, Engineering, or related field.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of large scale program and process management experience.
2+ years experience working in a highly matrixed environment.
The salary for this role in the state of Colorado is between $113,900 and $171,500.
At Microsoft, certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
