The CO+I Data Center Services (DCS) BI team is seeking a seasoned and innovative PowerBI Developer with a passion for data, analytics, process improvements, helping others, technology, and operations. You would join a team that works to deliver and evolve a holistic Data Center performance management platform for CO+I leadership to help the organization make better business decisions.

Responsibilities:
As a PowerBI Developer your top goals will be to define, build, and leverage various PowerBI based performance dashboards across large & diverse data sets to gain a deeper understanding of KPIs across our worldwide CO+I teams.
Use advanced data modeling to build PowerBI-based dashboards (and related infrastructure) to solve real-world issues.
Collaborate and engage with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Domain experts to gain operational insights.
Participate in technical communities to stay informed of best practices and changes within the broader discipline and share them with the organization
Educate users and stakeholders on self-service solutions.
Effectively contract and communicate with customers, partners, and co-workers to define deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities.
Be imaginative, enthusiastic, courageous, and show high creativity and initiative with a distinct bias for action. Express own point of view with confidence and humility.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in either Azure Analysis Services, SSAS, OR advanced data modeling within PowerBI
2+ years of experience writing DAX, defining, building, releasing, and evangelizing PowerBI-based dashboards
1+ years of experience in writing SQL
Preferred Qualifications:
BS/BA in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or a related field
Proficient with SQL Azure, Azure Services, and Azure Data Factory
Previous Data Center exposure/experience
Demonstrated ability to work in ambiguous situations and across organizational boundaries
Willingness to adapt quickly to shifting business priorities
Attention to detail and high commitment to accuracy and auditing
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings:
Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
