We are looking for a talented Product Manager that will define the best-in-class experience for Teams on Windows 11 PCs, Macs, and web browsers. This individual will have a strong UX-based experience and acumen to work with partners in various organizations. You will be responsible for defining strategy, roadmaps and the best user experience. This role requires a mix of product thinking, strategic thinking, user-centric design, cross-team collaboration, and external customer engagement.

Responsibilities
Understand business goals and user needs, data insights, and synthesize product plans to deliver maximum impact
Define and drive execution for end-to-end product, including competitive research, requirements definition, user experience, and delivery
Validate and improve product over time through measurement and experimentation
Engage with customers and internal preview users, and triage, prioritize, and address customer feedback for your area
Regularly present new product plans, strategy, demos, competitive reviews, and more to the senior leadership team
Manage dependencies across teams to ensure features solve customer needs cohesively
You will be responsible for defining strategy, roadmaps and the best user experience
Qualifications
5+ years of product management experience defining end-user facing UX products
Ability to wear many hats and learn quickly, and collaborative leadership skills to lead a change in direction when needed.
Experience in building Consumer-focused app preferred
Experience in creating UX for Desktop Apps required
Innate curiosity and ability to thrive in ambiguous and rapidly changing startup environment. Self-starters and innovators with a positive, collaborative can-do attitude and bias for action are required.
Strong ability to influence others and experience with leading cross team product designs without direct authority.
Experience across the entire product lifecycle – from product inception to ship and the know-how required to lead your crew to realize your vision.
Strong affinity and experience in user-centered design, UX design and innovating on behalf of the customer is required.
Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills through all levels of the organization, technical and non-technical
Understanding of web and mobile technologies
Great problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically and analytically to define and track success metrics for your areas
