1. Rich set of workflow features in Microsoft Power Automate and enable it to be the automation backend for the Power Platform and Office suite of products.
2. Build authoring experiences to make process automation cookie-cutter simple for citizen developers.
3. Leverage deep learning technologies to build smarter features for citizen developers.
We are a full-stack shop and you will be working in a rapid development environment building scalable backend services on top of the Azure stack and providing world-class modern authoring and runtime experiences for process and workflow approvals.
Responsibilities
As a principal engineer, you will work with engineers and architects across our group and other groups in Microsoft to architect, design, and write code that provides integrations and tools that empower citizen developers of Microsoft Power Automate. You will help drive a strong engineering culture and participate in code reviews to ensure all engineers maintain a high level of quality and testability. Strive for innovation when building out the next wave of enterprise integrations and investments.
Qualifications
Required Qulifications:
10+ years of software engineering experience
Experience with object-oriented language such as C#, C++, or Java
Preferred Qualifications:
IaC [Infrastructure as Code] experience preferred, not required.
Problem-solving skills – ability to critically analyze issues and develop creative solutions
Ability to be self-directed and work independently
Self-starter with a “can-do” attitude
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines
Results–oriented
