Our team is looking for a Product Manager 2 to lead key initiatives in our safety technology space. You’ll be working across our own engineering team, teams across Microsoft, our safety operations team, and our Xbox experience teams to build, leverage, integrate, and continually improve the technology that helps to create more welcoming experiences for our players. You’ll also be a key member of cross-Microsoft initiatives to collaborate on cutting edge safety technology, enabling all of Microsoft to ship trusted products to our customers. Online safety is a key investment area for Xbox, Microsoft, and the tech industry as a whole and is full of technical, policy, and experience challenges. In this role, you’ll be at the center of creating innovative solutions to solve them!

Qualifications
Requirements –
3+ years of experience in engineering Product Management or Program Management, with a strong track record of shipping features, products, or services from ideation to production
BS or MS in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent professional experience
Useful experience –
Experience in safety technology, policy, efforts to build better online communities, or creating responsible experiences for children
Experience working on teams that own and operate live services or on products/features that rely heavily on client to service interactions
Passion for consumer products or gaming and creating welcoming environments for players of all ages
