Successful candidates will have demonstrable experience fostering a data-driven culture that enables stakeholders to make informed decisions through data that positively impact the business. The individual in this role will work across game and business teams to understand and define performance metrics for game features. They will work closely with analysts to create and deliver actionable feature insights and measure impact. The ability to share and communicate player insights effectively to people of varied technical and analytical backgrounds is key to success in this role. Knowledge and previous application of a variety of analyses including those related to business intelligence, inferential, and applied statistics are required.
In this role you will work closely with Analytics peers and stakeholders to turn data-driven conclusions into actionable change within games in the Halo Franchise. You will directly be responsible for defining performance metrics for game features, measures success and impact of feature changes and communicating those results across a wide variety of disciplines at the studio.

Work closely with analytics and design teams to define key performance indicators and success criteria for product features
Collaborate with Analytics and Design teams to analyze engagement, monetization data in order to build and utilize performance insights to optimize existing and new offerings
Create and drive the right priority of analyses across multiple game teams and across the studio
Evangelize analysis results to key stakeholders to positively impact player and business outcomes
Collaborate with analysts to build necessary data sets, segmentation, and analyses to craft data stories and influence decisions across the studio
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years experience in a product management role, preferably working on a live Free to Play / Games as a Service title
3+ years experience creating insights with visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI or related products
Preferred Qualifications:
Fluent with analyzing acquisition, engagement, and monetization performance data and producing actionable insights
Utilize communication and presentations skill to tell a story with data, influence stakeholders to order to drive feature improvement
Ability to distill informal game or business requirements into problem definitions, dealing with ambiguity and competing objectives
Excellent analytical skills
Experienced in Agile methodologies, be able to create and help maintain a backlog of work
Proficient in directly querying data, experience with Microsoft Data Explorer a plus
