We are looking for an energetic Technical Program Manager who will help maximize value for Azure Storage customers. You will do so by driving large-scale initiatives involving multiple teams in the areas of compliance and governance. You will have deep understanding of the complexities of systems and orchestrate across many engineers to deliver results. The ideal candidate is passionate about compliance and governance areas and is willing to learn about the related latest developments. You will be part of a motivated, inclusive, and collaborative team that prioritizes healthy team culture while achieving customer success.

Responsibilities

Understand critical business needs for compliance area, capture requirements and define goals.

Collaborate with and influence diverse internal stakeholders including engineers, program managers and more, to achieve goals and deliver impact.

Understand common requirements, collate best practices, and publish high-quality reusable guidance.

Gather feedback, experiences, and requirements from customers to help set priorities for our product roadmap.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
4+ years of technical program management, software development or equivalent work experience.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or engineering or 4+ years of equivalent work experience.

Excellent cross-group collaboration skills.

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
