Customers and partners are betting on the cloud and expecting M365/MEM to deliver an unparalleled management story and support is a vital component of this that needs to be prioritized as a signature experience. To do this, it is critical that we build and nurture a data-driven culture to assist our organization in making informed decisions that solve important challenges. We are looking for a data-minded, hyper-customer focused PM who will help us to build, improve, and scale our support data processing frameworks in our demanding and high-paced environment. This role will also include performing and applying analysis to our data to help guide business-critical decisions around the modernized MEM support experience.

Standardize data modeling and design frameworks for analysis, design, building, testing and maintenance
Implement data and machine learning solutions to complex, high-volume data from various sources
Build metrics, dashboards, and solutions for our customers and stakeholders
Identify and build automation to drive business optimization and ability to grow and scale
Communicate business health through data storytelling and visualizations
Communicate results to internal audiences, making recommendations on product roadmap and decisions
Proficient in Kusto, Power BI, and Power Automate
Strong data engineering, machine learning, data science and statistical modeling experience
Ability to collaborate with partners to streamline requirements into actionable deliverables
Experience of supporting a 24×7 global service
Proven ability to deliver cross-organization results and build and maintain strong partnerships
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to drive consensus, influence leadership, and manage expectations with senior stakeholders
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
