We are looking for a detail oriented, motivated, and energetic Program Manager to join our US Government Program team. The collective focus of the team is to deliver items that cannot be addressed through existing means across Microsoft/ Experiences + Devices, and ensure that the right people are
available, trained, and equipped to deliver upon Program committed outcomes. This is a unique opportunity for a driven individual to learn how division-wide programs are executed.
Candidates should be interested in working closely with HR, Security, Recruiting and Engineering Managers to deliver upon shared outcomes. The individual must be able to navigate a highly matrixed environment, determine measures of success for onboarding and development, and adjust program deliverables based metric outcomes.
Security Clearance Requirements: Candidates must be able to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
Citizenship Verification: This position requires verification of US Citizenship to meet federal government security requirements.
Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Candidates must have an active TS or higher clearance or be willing to attain TS clearance. This role will require candidates to maintain a minimum TS clearance.

Collaborate with US Government Program team peers to:
Develop and execute onboarding programs
Interact with internal stakeholders including customer facing teams and internal development and implementation teams
Drive results across multiple organizations via strong cross-group collaboration skills
Communicate to drive clarity via excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Develop team culture, grounding in Microsoft’s mission and values, seeking to attract, develop, and retain employees while making positive improvement towards our diversity and inclusion goals
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of product/service/project/program management or related experience
Bachelor or higher degree
Excellent written & oral communication and project management skills
Strong cross team/group/org collaboration skills
